In this project, a DN1200mm pipeline (steel and plastic composite pipe) across the Hunhe river will be built to replace the original DN2000mm pipeline. After the docking of the new pipeline, the replaced DN2000mm pipeline will be transformed and the lining will be strengthened. During the construction period, the water shortage caused by the decrease of pipe diameter will be made up by the hot water Wells of underground water source used by Sanshui plant to guarantee the water use during peak hours.

At present, the river crossing pipeline laying project establishes cofferdams and excavates the foundation pit, and has carried out a total of 350,000 cubic meters of earth and stone, and completed the pipeline laying of more than 200 meters. The construction unit is working 24 hours, and 6 excavators are working at the same time to catch up on the progress.
